The body is shaped and the mind is shaped and spirit takes shape.
Spirit creates and inhabits a shape for a life.
The shape then lives as itself, forgets it is spirit, forgets the uncanniness and miracle of its very existence.
Slowly this forgetfulness shapes its mind and body.
And then slowly remembering releases the forgetful shape. Remembering causes its death.
Seeming to cause pain, but actually being pain itself.
Relaxed, at ease and effortless.
Its shape a drop among water; self among spirit.
Relaxation is the absence of fear in the body. The state of love and unified wholeness.
